Common questions
How does the £495 stepping work?
Tier 1 is a £495 project. Tier 2 is everything in Tier 1, plus the next slice of work — so you add another £495 and the total becomes £990. Tier 3 adds a further £495 on top of that, taking the full build to £1,485. Same step size each time; the scope is what changes.
What’s the difference between optional and compulsory £49.50?
On Tier 2, £49.50/month is an optional care plan for updates and priority support. On Tier 3, the same fee is required because proactive AI monitoring and ongoing iteration are built into how we deliver the tier — they’re not a bolt-on.
Can I move up a tier later?
Yes. You pay the next £495 step (or the gap to your target total) and we extend the build — e.g. from Tier 1 (£495) to Tier 2 (£990) is another £495. Many people start with The Fix and step up once enquiries pick up.
What does proactive AI monitoring mean?
We watch for drift, errors, and opportunities in the automated parts of your stack — forms, integrations, AI touchpoints — and suggest or implement fixes before they cost you leads. It’s exclusive to Tier 3.
How long does each project take?
The Fix is usually 1–2 weeks. The Engine is often 2–4 weeks depending on integrations. The Advantage begins with a focused build phase, then moves into the monthly rhythm with monitoring included.
